Deloitte Statsautoriseret Partnerselskab has been Linkfire’s auditor since 2016.
The company’s auditor is appointed by the annual general meeting for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting. At the annual general meeting held on 30 April 2021, Deloitte was re-elected as the company’s auditor. Bjørn Winkler Jakobsen is the principal auditor and is a member of FSR – Danish Auditors (professional institute for authorised public accountants in Denmark).
