On 21 December 2023, Linkfire A/S submitted the application to delist from Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market Stockholm.

On 21 December 2023, an extraordinary general meeting was held, and the shareholders approved to submit an application for the delisting of the Company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market Stockholm.
